Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chef Nate's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services Overview

Chef Nate provides premium private chef and catering services, including but not limited to:

• Private dining experiences
• Corporate event catering
• Wedding and celebration catering
• Meal preparation and planning
• Culinary consultations

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our booking system
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
• Availability is subject to our schedule and will be confirmed upon booking
• Menu selections and dietary requirements must be provided at least 7 days before the event

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days notice: Full refund of deposit
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund of deposit
• 7-13 days notice: 25% refund of deposit
• Less than 7 days: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Payment Terms

• Deposits are due at time of booking to secure services
• Final payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled event
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
• Late payments may result in service cancellation or additional fees
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate guest count and dietary information
• Ensuring access to appropriate kitchen facilities and equipment
• Providing a safe working environment
• Notifying us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements
• Securing any necessary permits or licenses for events
• Ensuring adequate space for food preparation and service

Food Safety and Allergies

While we take all reasonable precautions:

• We cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens
• Clients must inform us of all dietary restrictions and allergies in advance
• We follow all applicable food safety regulations and standards
• Clients are responsible for informing their guests about potential allergens

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Recipe creations and culinary designs
• Photographs and images
• Written content and descriptions
• Logo and branding materials

are the exclusive property of Chef Nate and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Photography and Marketing

By booking our services, you grant us permission to photograph the event and food for marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients who prefer not to be featured in our marketing materials must notify us in advance.

Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Chef Nate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services
• Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the client's negligence

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify menu items, ingredients, or service details due to availability or quality considerations. We will notify clients of any significant changes and work to provide suitable alternatives.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
